Do you mention the 'safe' units because, on day two, you've already smashed through it?! Good work Roberts, keep it up!
Sometime in the last couple of years the weekly limits have been changed to daily limits. This was probably to discourage binge drinking of all your "allowed" units in one Friday night.
Daily is 3-4 for men, 2-3 for women. Double that is a "binge".
Keep up the good work!
I'm interested now, I want to see units everyday and a weekend count up, - see how much you smash the 'safe limits' by.
A binge is when you don't go to bed. Or you go to bed for two hours and then start drinking again.
@Mark - No, I just forgot to mention it yesterday. But since you mention it...
@Fishter - I think it's an either/or situation. Some people are still using the 21/14 as the lower limits of 3-4 or 2-3 make up to 21 and 14.
@Ghostie - There will be weekly updates although I'm not trying to 'smah' any limits. I'm just interested as to what my body is imbibing this month.
@Barm - been there, done that.
I agree with Barm... it's only called a binge if you stop drinking!
I'm actually quite scared to see what my results are for last night. So I just won't do it! Who's that squawking at the back?!??
@BeerBeauty - The hardest part is keeping track of what I'm drinking once I get to that very pissed stage(sunday's Kernel Black IPA Launch at The Rake will be a case in point). Other than that the next hardest part is looking like a ticker!
